About TERTH

Located just 900 metres from the traditional stone village of Afitos in Halkidiki, these two newly built suites offer an intimate experience defined by privacy, tranquility, and refined design. Set within a serene natural landscape, they combine seclusion with immediate access to the village’s authentic charm.

The architecture is rooted in local identity, built from Afitos seashell stone and detailed with ceramic breeze blocks that soften sunlight and allow the Aegean breeze to flow naturally through the spaces. A harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary minimal design is expressed through natural materials, warm wood elements, and subtle textures that create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication.

Each suite of approximately 20 sqm is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort with understated luxury. The suite features a double bed, an open wardrobe, and a refined refreshment area with a small fridge, espresso machine, and basic utensils for simple, easy meals when desired.

The bathroom is finished with a rain shower, elegant gold accents, and subtle folkloric textile details, gently reflecting the cultural heritage of the region within a calm, minimalist aesthetic.

Each suite features a spacious balcony overlooking lush greenery with centuries-old olive trees and pool area, complemented by minimal and comfortable furnishings, creating a private outdoor setting designed for relaxation.

Guests enjoy an à la carte breakfast, carefully selected from a local Afitos brunch café and delivered directly to the suite each morning. For added convenience, a discreet on-site vending machine provides snacks, beverages, and essential items throughout the day.

Complimentary private parking is available on site, ensuring a seamless and effortless arrival experience.

The experience is shaped around relaxation, tranquility and a sense of effortless living, where natural materials, soft light, and thoughtful design create a quiet atmosphere of balance and ease.

​Created by Feels Like Home Co, TERTH​|Afitos Experience marks a new chapter for the company — a refined hospitality concept that reflects its evolving vision of contemporary living, authentic local experiences, and thoughtful design rooted in place. Rooted in the timeless character of Afitos, TERTH is a collection of ten newly built suites designed to embody the harmony between architecture, nature, and authentic Halkidiki craftsmanship. Built with the region’s distinctive Afitos stone and enriched by ceramic breeze blocks that filter sunlight and invite the sea breeze to flow through every space, the property reflects a refined dialogue between tradition and contemporary design.

These suites share a swimming pool with a spacious surrounding area, featuring six sunbeds and seating area with lounge chairs and coffee tables. The pool is shared exclusively by the three suites.

Breakfast à la carte is included. Guests can simply scan the QR code on the breakfast menu and select their preferred option by 20:00 on the previous day.

Private parking is available within the complex for added convenience and ease of access.

Daily housekeeping is provided until 14:00. Guests are kindly asked to place the “Make Up Room” card outside their door if they would like their suite cleaned, or the “Do Not Disturb” card if they prefer to enjoy uninterrupted rest.

House Rules & Sustainability

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

No Smoking: Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the villa.

Waste Disposal: Please take out your rubbish daily. Recyclables can be separated and placed in the large blue bins located outside the complex.

Quiet Hours:

April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

October 1 – March 31: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30

Save Resources: Please help us reduce water and electricity waste. Avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and make sure air conditioning units are turned off when balcony doors are open
