Welcome to our Tranquil Cottage in Paliouri that offers complete privacy to its guests and has a garden area in a private lot. It's a typical traditional summer property built back in the 80's and is surrounded by various trees, pine-tree,olive trees, plum trees etc.

About the House

This spacious 2-bedroom cottage is located 300m outside the village of Paliouri and makes it ideal for those who want privacy but at the same time have access to the crowded nearby villages and beaches.

Our cottage is situated on the first floor of a two storey building, accessible only by stairs, consists of two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom.

By entering the house, you will find the living room with a sofa-bed, a flat screen TV, a traditional fireplace and a dining table,as well! In a different room the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances(dishwasher,fridge,oven and an espresso machine).

The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk , an A/C unit and bedroom II has two single beds, an A/C unit and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

The best aspect of the house is undoubtedly the outside area where you can enjoy the calmness of the area and prepare your meals with your family at the BBQ.

Useful Information

Tranquil cottage is suitable for those who want to relax in their vacation, but also to have all the amenities of a city.

Please keep in mind that the apartment on the ground floor is not occupied by anyone.

You will definitely need a car in order to reach the beach or the nearest village .

About neighbourhood

Paliouri is 120 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and may comfortably be reached in about 1,5 hours by car. Please feel free to contact us for any further information or if you would like us to arrange your transfer from Thessaloniki or even for any other concierge services.

The use of car is required in order to reach both the village of Paliouri and the nearest beaches and beach bars of Paliouri. Some of the most popular beach bars of Paliouri are located 1-2 klm from the house, in case you feel like dancing!

• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.

• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open
