Seagrove - Beachfront Villa In Possidi

More than a holiday house, this lovely and fully equipped beachfront villa is the ideal choice for a few days of relaxation, fun and lots of Greek sun!

This spacious villa combines the perfect environment for bringing families or friends together for some quality time and memorable experiences! Located near Possidi, in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood of a few villas.

About the house

The villa is split on 4 levels, making it a great place for families and groups of people (up to 8 persons) to come together, while still having the personal privacy needed.

By entering the villa on the ground floor, guests benefit from the large living room with an A/C unit and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher, filter coffee and Nespresso machine) for a comfortable stay. On this floor there is also a dining corner where guests can enjoy their meals, a WC and direct access to the main balcony where there is a dining space,too.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms.In Bedroom I there is a queen size bed,an A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom.In Bedroom II there is a queen size bed,an A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a balcony on this floor with a wooden dining table.

On the second floor, there is bedroom III , with a queen size bed, A/C unit, wardrobe, ensuite full bathroom and direct access to the balcony.

The lowest floor of the villa is partly underground but natural light comes in through the windows. It consists of one more bedroom IV with a queen size bed, an A/C unit, wardrobe and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a small living room and a kitchenette on this floor.

Useful Information

Keep in mind that the villa is semi detached and there is a balcony divider only on the ground floor.

There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 WC in the villa.

There is an A/C unit in each one bedroom as well as in the main living room.

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About Possidi

Possidi beach is white sandy and extremely children-friendly. Within walking distance, our guests can reach an organized beach, and a few meters further there is also a very popular beach bar for a more lux day by the sea.

Although you will not have to use it to reach the beach, a car is strongly advised during your stay, as Possidi, the nearest village, is located 3km away. Possidi has several shops and mini markets for your daily provisions as well as restaurants.

Best part about this summer beachfront house, and Possidi in general, is the cape, or “miti” as locals call it: when it's windy on one side of the cape, the other one is completely calm!

We kindly ask you to:

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
