Sani Resort has long been synonymous with cosmopolitan and luxurious holidays, but in this house, you can have the best of both worlds. This fully equipped, self-catered pool villa is located just a few minutes walk from the most well-known fine restaurants, bars, luxury shops and the marina of Sani Resort, yet in the serene sphere of a private home.

About the House

This is a two-level pool villa within walking distance to Sani Resort. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor. The room is minimally designed, has a double bed, a large closet and air conditioning as well.

On the ground floor, guests can find the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room, main bathroom and bedroom II with two single beds. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances like fridge, oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave,filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The living room is very spacious and always luminous. It also has an A/C unit, and the fireplace makes it even cozier. Between the living room and the kitchen, guests can enjoy their meals at the dining space.

Bedroom II has two single beds, a floor fan and a large closet. Guests have direct access to the side yard through the balcony door. The main bathroom is on this floor, too, with a shower.

The key characteristic of this house, though, is its front yard and patio. Surrounded by grass and trees, the patio is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or dinner. Children are also more than welcome to run and play on their own. Just a few meters away, located in a magnificent and relaxing setting, the shared pool is an excellent choice for swimming or sunbathing if you don’t feel like going to the beach one day.

Useful Information

There are 2 A/C units, in master bedroom and living room. Our lux pool villa in Sani also offers parking space and an electrical portable BBQ for enjoying homemade meals with your family during the warm summer nights.

Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is open in July and August only and is not heated. Guests enjoy free parking inside the complex as well.

Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye on younger ones, as there are swimming pools in close proximity.

With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Sani Resort is a well-known resort in Greece, attracting thousands of guests every year. In Sani Resort, a few minutes on foot from the Mediterrané villa, you will find dozens of restaurants and bars, retail shops with designer clothes, a mini market, beach bar and marina.

Various sandy beaches are only a few kilometers away, meaning you can drive to a different one every day!

Please keep in mind that we do not provide an entry card for Sani Club.

We always recommend our guests in Halkidiki to rent a car in order to be more flexible and check lots of different places. This is the main advantage compared to other tourist destinations in Greece, the fact that in close distance you may visit other villages, beaches, sites, etc.

We kindly ask you to:

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
