About the House

Salted Lime Pool Villa in Paliouri has been elegantly designed to delight with its comfort and exceptional modern design all its guests as both exterior and interior spaces have been undertaken by a professional architect, the owner himself. The property has a total area of 125 sq.m. and it can comfortably host up to 6 guests. It is placed inside a compact complex of 6 pool villas with private parking space and secure gate.

The whole house is divided into 3 levels and, except for the marble stairs, there is an internal elevator for everyday use between the three floors. The ground floor, where the main entrance is located, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an ergonomic dining table, a WC, a luminous, modern living room with TV/DVD set and fireplace.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, a second bedroom with sofa-bed, a balcony and one bathroom. Finally the master bedroom is on the third floor with a modern closet and en-suite bathroom. Every floor comes equipped with its own air-conditioning unit.

Useful Information

The front patio is perhaps the place where guests will be spending most of their time. The private swimming pool offers unbreakable view over the Aegean Sea. Take a dive early in the morning before heading to the beach or late at night while enjoying a cold drink. It doesn’t get any better than this!

The built-in BBQ with extra sink will definitely come in handy if you wish to enjoy a family dinner by the pool. Who can resist a souvlaki or a fresh roasted fish?

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Paliouri is 120 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and may comfortably be reached in about 1,5 hours by car. Please feel free to contact us for any further information or if you would like us to arrange your transfer from Thessaloniki or even for any other concierge services.

The use of car is required in order to reach both the village of Paliouri and the nearest beaches and beach bars of Paliouri. Some of the most popular beach bars of Paliouri are located 1-2 klm from the house, in case you feel like dancing!

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00 - 17:00) and after 23:00
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
