Situated near Polychrono and just a few meters from the sandy beach, this beautiful summer pool villa offers the guests the sensation of an elegant private retreat, with cutting-edge amenities.

About the House

On the ground floor of this 2 storey villa, guests benefit from the spacious living room with a flat screen tv and direct access to the patio. On this floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential appliances such as Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, for a comfortable stay. A bedroom with 2 single beds and an A/C unit as well as a full bathroom with a shower cabin are on this level too.

Going up the stairs to the first floor, guests benefit from the 4 bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms contain a double bed and an A/C unit while the other 1 bedroom contain 2 single beds and an A/C unit. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub while the other one includes a shower cabin.

Undoubtedly, the reference point of the villa is the outdoor area, with the saltwater pool surrounded by sunbeds and palm trees. Guests can also benefit from the large built BBQ with a bar and sink, as well as from the outdoor dining space with an umbrella.

Useful Information

This 5 bedroom villa is ideal for families with children, as there is plenty of space to play inside the yard and the pool. Furthermore, the beach is very close to the villa.

Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is open from 20 of May until the end of October, the water comes directly from the sea and the depth of the pool ranges from 1.5 to 3 meters.

All the bedrooms are equipped with A/C units and there are mosquito nets all around the house.

There is a washing machine in the basement which can be used by the guests.

Pets are not allowed.

It is important to mention that all of our residences are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we do not provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is necessary.

About the Neighborhood

Escada Pool Villa is located right in the middle of two of the most touristy villages of Kassandra, Chanioti and Polychrono and at the same time in a quiet area.

Polychrono and Chanioti are lively touristy coastal villages on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

We kindly request you to:

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not waste water or have the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
