Blue Palm Tree is a freshly & elegantly furnished holiday apartment in Halkidiki, located next to the white sandy beach of Trani Ammouda and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests.

Blue Palm Tree is located right above Pink Palm Tree 2, and next to our Green Palm Tree and Pink Palm Tree houses, so it is ideal for families and friends who want to spend holidays together!

About the House

Blue Palm Tree offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests. On the ground floor guests may enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and living room with A/C unit and TV, together with a WC with a washing machine. 

There is a balcony here, to enjoy your meals outside!

Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, guests will find the 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds. Each bedroom features an A/C unit and TV, and has direct access to the balcony. A full bathroom with shower cabin is located on this floor as well.

Please note this is a three-level building, and there will be other guests staying on the lower floor - each house is completely separated, there is nothing shared between the houses.  

The beach of Trani Ammouda is around 600m away from this Halkidiki holiday apartment.

During Your Stay

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Ormos Panagias, the nearest village, is ideally situated to the east side of Sithonia. It is a small fishermen's village, with fish taverns, a bar, bakery and mini market. Some of the best beaches of Halkidiki are located at a close distance (Vourvourou, Kalamitsi etc.), and the town of Nikiti, a highly touristic one, is less than 10 kilometers away and is worth a visit for a wider range of restaurants and large supermarkets.

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki or in town.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
