Welcome to our renovated semi-detached beach house near Pefkohori. Elegantly designed with attention to detail, this 3-level house can easily accommodate 6 people. Huge garden and patio, and walking distance to the beach (50 meters).

About the House

This is a three-level semi-detached beach house in a beautiful complex of just a few villas, close to our villa Daphne. It was only recently renovated, so all furniture and appliances are new.

The best aspect of the house is definitely the fact that it is so close to the water! Just 50 meters away, following a small path through the large grass areas of the complex, you reach the perfect beach of Glarokavos.

On ground floor guests can take advantage of the cozy living room with direct access to the patio and a fully equipped kitchen, with filter coffee machine. Every piece of furniture and decoration, and even all kitchen appliances, have been picked with great care and interest in quality.

On the upper level there is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, A/C unit and en suite bathroom. There is plenty of space here to add a baby cot, making this room ideal for families, who will particularly enjoy the privacy of the en suite bathroom.

Lower level has 2 more bedrooms, elegantly decorated, and a full bathroom. Bedroom II has a double bed, and bedroom III has 2 single beds. Please keep in mind this level is partly underground, so it is cool during summer days, this is why there are only ceiling fans here. Windows let natural light come in, too!

Useful Information

Guests enjoy an electrical portable BBQ at the side of the villa, and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances. 

Our beach house “Apollo” is equipped with nearly everything a guest could ask for. The garden and patio will be the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach soaking up some sun.

Apollo beach house is ideal for families with young children who will definitely enjoy proximity to the beach throughout the day!

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with “Feels Like Home”.

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Pefkohori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Apollo beach house is located 2klm from the village of Pefkohori. The beach is 50m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex. 

In close proximity,easily reached on foot, guests can find an organized beach for coffee and snacks (beach bar Glarokavos). 

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
