Amaya Pool Villa-Sani

Amaya is an elegant, private villa, with 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool. It is located in a quiet and elevated area with panoramic view, near cosmopolitan Sani Resort.

This villa will exceed your expectations with its luxury amenities, ideal for those who wish to indulge in complete relaxation on a private hill full of palms.

Undoubtedly, the reference point of the villa is the outdoor area, with the private pool, many sitting areas around the yard and the panoramic view.

On the ground floor of this 2 storey villa, guests benefit from the spacious living room with a flat screen tv and direct access to the patio. On this floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential appliances such as Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and stove top, for a comfortable stay, as well as a cloakroom and a WC. A bedroom with a double bed, an A/C unit and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower cabin, is on this level too.

On the upper level of the villa, a full bathroom with bathtub and 2 more bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms consist of a king size bed and an A/C unit.

On the lowest level, underground, there is one more bedroom, with a double bed and an ensuite full bathroom with shower cabin, which can accommodate 2 guests. A kitchenette with a small fridge and a sink can be found on this level, too.

Useful Information

Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is open from 19th of May and is not heated. Furthermore, guests enjoy a built-in BBQ and free parking inside the spacious yard.

Note that the last 200m. from the road leading to the house is a dirt road.

A car is required in order to reach the nearest beach, which is 3 kilometres away.

Pets are not allowed.

With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About Sani

Sani Resort is a well-known resort in Greece, attracting thousands of guests every year. In Sani Resort, a few minutes drive from “Amaya villa”, you will find dozens of restaurants and bars, retail shops with designer clothes, a mini market, beach bar and marina.

Various sandy beaches are only a few kilometres away, meaning you can drive to a different one every day!

Please keep in mind that we do not provide an entry card for Sani Club!

We always recommend our guests in Halkidiki to rent a car in order to be more flexible and check lots of different places. This is the main advantage compared to other tourist destinations in Greece, the fact that in close distance you may visit other villages, beaches, sites, etc.

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
