99 Pine Trees pool villa is attached to the natural environment of Elani, with a large garden in front of the property that leads to a fabulous pool area.

99 Pine Trees is an exceptional 3-bedroom holiday pool villa in Elani that embodies a genuine summer feeling. A picturesque location for a family gathering, offering plenty of outdoor grass area - a paradise for children!

The pinewood forest around brings a pleasant breeze on warm summer days and the footpath starting from the villa's garden leads you the shared pool of the complex. 

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Going up on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, where bedroom I has a double bed and bedroom II has a single bed, and a full bathroom with bathtub.

Guests can enjoy their morning coffee in the balcony with a beautiful forest view.

On the second floor, guests can relax in the master bedroom, with a double bed, a closet, A/C unit and an en-suite bathroom.

You can enjoy your meals on the garden and children are more than welcome to run around, play on their own and use the large grass area.

The pool is shared in between the residents of the complex and is open from the 15th of June until the end of September.

Useful Information

Please note this holiday pool villa is further from the beach and up a hill, so beach access is rather difficult on foot, so we recommend all our guests to use the car.

Guests enjoy a BBQ, and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances.

Our Elani holiday pool villa is equipped with nearly everything a guest could ask for. The pool area, private garden and patio will be the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach soaking up some sun.

99 Pine Trees is ideal for families with young children who will definitely enjoy the pool throughout the day!

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. There is no intermediate cleaning service during your stay for safety reasons, due to COVID-19. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don't provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.

According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About Elani

Elani area is a residential area, with a restaurant-cafe by the beach and mini market inside Elani Resort.

It is, however, ideally located at the middle of Kassandra peninsula, with easy access to many other villages, locations and a plethora of beaches around.

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
• keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
